Everyone portrays leadership in many different ways, this clip shows a number of instances where leadership is important and how it displays inspirational character. In order to be a great leader you need to be inspirational to people and be able to motivate them and help them with their issues. This clip shows a lot of different moments of inspiration and provides music that happens to change the way people look at perspectives like life. In the beginning of the clip they show what football means to the town and how everything is set on football because Texas is a football state. Texas literally eats, sleeps and breathes high football because it means everything to them. Buddy in the beginning of the clip says "It's about keeping the spirit and this town alive. It's football that's all we got." This portrays ethical leadership in the sense of football trying to make positive change for the town. About half way through the clip you hear girl say some inspiring things like "Take a trip to the white house." She is showing empowering leadership in the sense that football doesn't have to mean everything and that everyone has different dreams. Also in the clip you hear the coach say an inspiring quote and how being a man is something that you have to take pride in. He says "Everyman is going to fight in a battle and he is going to lose but what makes him a man is in the midst of the battle he doesn't lose himself." I believe this shows purposeful leadership in the sense that being a man has a purpose of showing things like courage, integrity, focus, all these things are qualities of being a man. This clip does a great job of showing the different types of leadership qualities and shows many different motivational moments.
